| Jack Lyda is the newest member of our firm. A 1998 graduate of North Henderson High School, Jack went on to graduate from NC State University in 2001 with a B.A. in political science. In 2006 he received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Jack is admitted to practice before the General Courts of Justice of North Carolina, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society. Jack plans to practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, Environmental Law, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Traffic Law, and Tribal Law. |

Angela Gosnell is the real estate closing professional for Waymon L. Morris, P.A. Angela has over 10 years experience in real estate and mortgage tranasactions. She is a native of Henderson County and holds a B.S./B.A. degree from Western Carolina University.
